Strata Land Use Planning was founded in January 2015 by Sarah Radelet. Prior to starting her own firm, Sarah worked as a planner for the City of Portland for 14 years where she reviewed land use reviews (entitlements), facilitated pre-application conferences, and coordinated inter-bureau projects. Strata focuses on reviewing plans and development in accordance with zoning codes and managing entitlements through the applicable jurisdictions. Highlighted work by team includes due diligence work during property acquisition, feasibility analysis and site analysis for development options, review of permit plans, entitlements (land use reviews) including Land Divisions, Adjustments, Planned Developments, Zone Changes, Property Line Adjustments, Middle Housing land use options, and other land use reviews. We will work with you through the process with the City of Portland or other jurisdiction. We can advise on challenges and opportunities that exist for a given piece of property and help identify highest and best use.
